Rachael joined Lightrock in 2023. Prior to Lightrock, Rachael worked in management consulting at PwC Australia, leading strategic and operational projects across Energy and Utilities, Consumer Markets, and Financial Services.
Rachael holds a BCom from Monash University in Melbourne, and an MSc in Climate Change, Management & Finance from Imperial College London.
