Radha joined Lightrock in 2018. Prior to joining Lightrock, she worked in the e-commerce sector with Zovi.com, where she managed administration and business operations with a focus on procurement, vendor management, and operational support. Before that, she served as Senior Executive – Finance & Administration at Aayuja Technologies, supporting invoicing, payroll coordination, finance operations, and business administration.
Radha holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Diploma in Management from Bangalore University.
