Rory joined Lightrock in 2024. Prior to Lightrock, Rory co-founded a software company focused on helping banks make residential solar and heat pump loans. Before that, he was an investor in growth stage technology companies at KKR Growth in London and Spectrum Equity in Boston.
Rory holds a BA in Psychology from Harvard University.
