Shalu joined Lightrock in 202X. Prior to Lightrock, Shalu worked as a Finance Manager with an impact investment fund named Capital 4 Development Partners, where she helped in developing internal processes and systems related to Finance Function. She has also worked for organisations like Grant Thornton Advisors Private Limited, JP Morgan Chase, and Infosys Ltd.
Shalu holds a BA in Accounting from Calcutta University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
