Suzanne is the Executive Vice President and Chief Impact Officer at Salesforce. She is responsible for Salesforce's stakeholder capitalism strategy, which encompasses the company's global corporate relations, sustainability, and ESG strategy, with a depth of focus on climate action programs on the global journey to net zero emissions. Suzanne also oversees Salesforce’s corporate philanthropy initiatives, which include supporting non-profits focused on climate resilience, education, and workforce development. During her tenure at Salesforce, Suzanne started the Salesforce Ventures Impact Fund, co-founded the Salesforce Foundation and Salesforce.org and helped pioneer the 1-1-1 model, which has been adopted by tens of thousands of companies across 130 countries.
