Tatiana joined Lightrock in 2024. Prior to Lightrock, Tatiana worked in management consulting at McKinsey & Company as one of the leaders in the Sustainability practice. She focused on generating impact for clients on topics related to climate.
Tatiana holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from PUC-Rio and an MBA from Booth School of Business – University of Chicago.
