Tessa joined Lightrock in 2023. Prior to Lightrock, Tessa worked at Van Lanschot Kempen in different roles, including a client servicing role focusing on large institutional clients.
Tessa holds an MSc in Finance & Investments from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
