Umur joined Lightrock in 2017. Prior to Lightrock, Umur worked on direct private equity investments at Capital Group. He also focused on growth equity and buyout investments across Europe at CCMP Capital (fka J.P. Morgan Partners), and started his career in the M&A group of Salomon Brothers in New York and London.
Umur holds a BA in Mathematics & Economics from Macalester College, MN, USA.
